Introduction

Our handmade gifts are made to order using a range of factory-made products (such as blankets and nappies) that we have sourced from various suppliers. Availability changes from time time, so please be aware that images on the website are there for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to substitute and item and any item without warning for one of a similar value. Where soft toys are included, we try to make each one unique, so the toy you see in the photo is very unlikely to be the one that will arrive with your gift. Again, it will always be of a similar value.

Payments

Payments are processed via our secure payment provider Paypal in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. On receipt of confirmation from Paypal that payment has been made, we will assemble your gift by hand as soon as is practically possible. In the event of there being an unexpected delay or a shortage of stock, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of it.

Packing & Delivery
Once the gift is ready, it will be wrapped with cellophane and ribbons before being securely packed in a suitable box using bubble wrap where necessary. Providing we have been notified of cleared payment by Paypal, we will arrange for a courier of our choice to collect the gift from our premises as soon as possible after that. Depending on the time of ordering, day of the week and courier availability etc, delivery will normally be within 72 hours of the gift having been made to order. The customer will be sent emails throughout the entire process to keep them informed as to the status of their order. For gifts containing free alcohol, proof of ID will be required on delivery to ensure that the recipient is over 18.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and are fully inclusive. There is no additional charge for delivery within the areas that we ship to (England, Scotland including Highlands and Islands, Ireland, Wales, Eire, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands). We do not deliver to any other countries or regions. For information about franchising possibilities outside of the UK, please contact us.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us without delay. We want you to be completely happy with your gifties.co.uk experience and will bend over backwards to help in any way we can. We fully comply with all UK and European laws relating to distance selling of "made to order" goods. Please note that in the unlikely event of a gift having to be returned, we ask you to contact us for further instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
